The thing we loved most about working on this project was the courage and conviction of our amazing clients. To say that this one was a journey is an understatement. We had our first official meeting where we presented our process and plan in late June of 2023; and we started working on it in October of 2024. It went to market in March of 2025 and is now going to close in May 2025. Nearly two years in the making—and the result was a seamless and easy experience with the desired results.

This space was an addition to the original house and was used by the owner as a yoga and meditation studio. We staged it as an office to have a wider appeal, but still showcased the wonderful light and the views available to the space. Turns out the new owners decided to use it as a studio of their own! Amazing.

Most of the time, the first task when it comes to staging is paring things back: to simplify, add balance and refocus the eye to what is wonderful about the space for the buyer versus what is currently in the space. We want folks to have a vision of themselves and the possibilities for THEIR STUFF in the space. You know someone is ready to buy when they start placing their own furniture in the pace during showings. Our staging helps people be able to imagine their lives in the space.
