Teddi and Adam met when she had just left her job at the American Institute of Architects in Washington DC to create Honey House; and he was the Executive Chef of Mother’s—an independently owned restaurant chain in Baltimore, Maryland that he founded over 20 years ago with his brother. They bought their first Victorian in Baltimore about six months later and over the next five years earned a solid reputation for unique, high-quality work as they nurtured many historic turn-of-the-century homes into “modern victorian” masterpieces that fetched top dollar and improved the community.

Teddi has a keen eye, a quick mind and a big heart. She can see in her mind how light and space and color and flow will transform a space—and then transform someone’s life!  She is driven by an urgent desire to improve everything and anything around her—perhaps to her husband’s dismay. Whether it’s looking at a home and all the possibilities it offers or creating the best system to manage the Tupperware drawer—she brings her creative approach and her unique esthetic to every project she touches. 

Chef Adam is not only the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet, but he can literally fix anything.  He is in charge of every house’s “Honey-Do List” and also caters our FAMOUS open house parties. He is THE BEST painter. He can take down a tree, build a custom vanity, and oh yeah—he is also a mad-awesome bass player, a world-class chef and the best dog daddy you’ll ever meet. Everyone loves Adam—he’s Honey House’s secret weapon.
