25 year ago Adam opened his first restaurant, the iconic “Mother’s” in Baltimore MD. He remained the executive chef/owner there enjoying tremendous success while building the restaurant into local fame. He was featured not only in local news outlets but also on national outlets such as the Today Show and Food Network Magazine. He expanded his business years later to open two more locations, one in Timonium and one in Arnold. He later purchased the Baltimore local’s favorite music venue the “8X10,” and has himself owned many investment properties.
After a long career behind the line, he decided to hang up his knives in 2018 to team up with his fiancee to build Honey House. Critical to helping Honey House’s clients is the ability to manage their projects and make sure that they are on-time and on budget and of the highest quality. Much like orchestrating the magic in a restaurant, there are many moving parts that he stays on top of. In additional to being a chef, Adam is also a fabulous funk bass player and you can find him playing around town at many of the local music venues.
