This house was a fully-renovated, upgraded and a meticulously maintained, two bed two bath, Midcentury Modern open-floor plan home in The Woods. It had been lovingly cared for and updated but due to an injury, there was a lot of cleaning and maintenance had been deferred. We came in and washed it inside and out, cleared out the clutter of the move prep and brought in the right contractor to quickly, efficiently install a new HVAC system.

We went to great lengths to accentuate that lovely line of windows – both on the inside and the outside of the home. A heavy power wash and cleaning on the exterior combined with the cleaning and one of those strategically placed mirrored leveraged the natural lines of this home and bounced the much needed light making the space look big and airy.
