We are blessed that we have clients who hire us again and again and again. The owners of 76 Trailblazer are likely our very best clients as we have sold  and done the interiors of several of their properties. This house was well done to begin with and the interior was picture perfect. (If we do say so ourselves!!) We noted that there were some challenges with how the exterior presented, which is course, the first thing buyers would see! We came up with cost effective curb appeal upgrade so the outside looked as phenomenal as the inside.

In this case, the house was totally and lovingly updated with style. This combined with our presentation and marketing really pushed the market – with a very high comp for the community for a home of this size and style. And it was WORTH IT! The market saw the value. Mission accomplished and everyone was happy!

Buyers would walk into this home and not only have an overall immediate good feeling inside, but they all noticed the details. Attention to very specific details are what separate homes listed and sold by Honey House, and all the rest. We make sure to arrive at the home before showings and turn 0n the lights; make sure the temperature is right; clean up any messes that might have arrived in between showings…and so much more. You can see in the way this kitchen presents that no detail is too small.

At the center of the home was an extra-wide, custom-made spiral staircase. Standing up there looking down into the well-crafted space, gazing out through the wall of windows over looking the golf course with the water in the distance…it was literally one of the most beautiful spots around and you could just feel how special it was. We wanted a photo that would to take people there … and it did 🙂
